Seattle Works

We had beautiful weather in Seattle on Saturday! Volunteered with my team "Younger and Wiser," at TR in West Seattle. Cleaned up their greenhouse, so they can get their plants ready to plant in their organic garden. Two of the guys used a pressure washer and they seemed to be enjoying themselves. We also pulled weeds and moved some dirt. It was great to be outside and getting some vitamin D.


Afterwards, we played a quick pick-up basketball game with two residents and then headed to Luna Cafe for a quick bite and beer. Very nice place, located just off Avalon Way near the West Seattle Bridge.
